You know, for my money, you just can’t beat TeleNav. I have used the GPS software on several phones, and it works well, especially in the larger cities where your next turn better refresh quickly, or you’ll miss it. It’s reasonably priced at $9.99 a month, with a thirty-day free trial, and the only thing gunning for it are the free turn-by-turn directions on the Motorola Droid courtesy of Google.
Give TeleNav a shot. It supports a very large number of phones, many Java-based, and you’ll find yourself using the features, especially the handy 800 number where you can phone in an address and have it update your phone.
